How to Kill the Cyborg in Metal Gear for the PlayStation

If you play "Metal Gear Solid" on your Sony PlayStation, then you know the mysterious Cyborg Ninja offers a thorough test of your combat skills. If you're not careful, his devastating attacks can deplete your life quickly, ending any hope of completing the Nuke Building area. The Cyborg Ninja's suit features a cloaking ability, which allows him to disappear and reappear at will. If that's not frustrating enough, you won't be able to use weapons during the battle, since the Cyborg Ninja will block the bullets with his sword. To defeat him, you'll have to fight hand to hand.

Instructions

  Get close to the Cyborg Ninja and engage him in Close-Quarters Combat. Press "Circle" repeatedly to damage him with punches. Watch his movements closely. Back away when he jumps into the air to avoid his stomping shock-wave attack.

  Equip the Thermal Goggles when the Cyborg Ninja enables his cloak technology. Follow him around the room and continue pressing "Circle" to damage him with punches. Once you've depleted enough of the Cyborg Ninja's life, he will begin to disappear and reappear.

  Dodge the Cyborg Ninja's punch when he appears near you. Throw a quick punch to make him disappear again. Continue this pattern until his life is completely gone. The Cyborg Ninja will begin to channel electric energy into himself, and you can damage him with weapons. Shoot him with your FAMAS to end the battle.
