How to Move the Car in Deling City in Final Fantasy VIII

  Travel to the outskirts of Deling City and find the car rental place.

  Rent a car from the car rental for 3,500 gil and pay to fuel up the car for 3,000 gil.

  Get into the car and press the "Square" button on the PlayStation controller to accelerate. Steer the car with the left toggle on the controller and stop the car by letting go of the "Square" button.

  Travel by car all across the world map and you will not have to worry about enemy encounters since they cannot attack you while you are in a car.
