The evil sub-boss Goro is an intimidating presence in "Mortal Kombat 4." This four-armed, muscular menace has an expansive arsenal of moves that can destroy another character in a matter of seconds. You can experience Goro's power firsthand by using him during a game, but first you must prove yourself in the arena.
To play as Goro, you'll first have to play as Shinnok, the fallen elder god and ruler of the Netherealm. Once you've conquered the other fighters with Shinnok, Goro can be yours.

Choose Shinnok as your character and complete the game.

Begin a new game. Choose the invisible icon at the bottom of the "Character Selection" screen.

Highlight Shinnok's icon by pressing "Up," "Up," "Up," "Left." Press the "Run" and "Block" buttons. Goro will be your character as you start the game.
