How to Get Bahamut Zero in FF7

"Final Fantasy VII," the seventh installment of the Final Fantasy series, features a magic element known as Materia that is capable of casting powerful spells called Summons. One of the strongest Summons in the game is known as Bahamut Zero. The challenge in acquiring Bahamut Zero is that certain prerequisite Materia must be collected in specific chapters during the game.

Instructions

- 1
  Head to the Temple of the Ancients in the first disc of the game and kill the Red Dragon. Use spells such as Big Guard and Regen to mitigate any damage it causes. Cast Ice and Aqualung for big damage while casting Bio for periodic damage. After you defeat the Red Dragon, collect the Bahamut Materia it drops.

  Head to the Whirlwind Maze in the second disc. Proceed down the stone slope to the left until you reach the bottom. Continue west, jump down, then head west again. Pick up the Neo Bahamut Materia.

  Head to Rocket Town in the second disc. Travel to the base of the rocket, killing any soldier enemies along the way. Climb up the ladder and engage Rude.

  Use Aqualung and Magic Breath to kill the soldiers that accompany Rude. Use regular, physical attacks against Rude to bypass his Magic Barrier until he is defeated.

  Enter the rocket and proceed to the cockpit for a brief cutscene. Afterward, go up the ladder to the right and head toward the Huge Materia.

  On the controller, press "Circle," "Square," "X" and then "X" again to receive the Huge Materia. Climb back down, proceed south then down another ladder for another cutscene.

  Fly to Cosmo Canyon and speak to Bugenhagen to give him the Huge Materia. Examine the blue Materia on the bottom right side of the room to get Bahamut Zero.
