How to Get Monmon as a Permanent Partner in Digimon World 3

Monmon is a character in the Digimon Universe. Monmon has a green monkey-like appearance and is a beast type Digimon. He is a valuable Digimon to have in "Digimon World 3" for the PlayStation, as he digivolves into Hookmon, Armormon, then Cannondramon.

Instructions

  Navigate to the Mobius Desert, then travel north, west, then north again. Travel left, then up.

  Speak with DRI Agent Yang, who will be standing in front of some cacti.

  Ensure that your combined rookie Digimon level is 60 to 90. This is found by adding the levels of all of your Digimon. If it is too high, remove some digimon from your party. If it isn't high enough, level your Digimon up some more before speaking with DRI Agent Yang. DRI Agent Yang will ask you to recover Monmon DDNA.

  Travel to Duelist Island on the Asuka Server, then go up, left, and then down the brown ramp.

  Follow the dock to the end, where you will encounter Armormon. Defeat armormon using lightning based attacks, which he is weak against.

  Return to DRI Agent Yang once you have defeated Armormon and he will give you Monmon who can be picked up from either Piximon or Dr. Kadomatsu.
