How to Use an Action Replay for a PS1

There always comes that point in a video game where the frustration of losing far outweighs the game's entertainment value. It's one of the reasons extra controllers are such hot sellers --- players tend to hurl them at things once they reach that point. A way to ease this hard edge off gaming on your PlayStation is to use a cheating device like the PlayStation Action Replay, which can make victory almost inevitable.

Instructions

  Plug the Action Replay into the slot on the back of your PlayStation.

  Put the code disc that came with your Action Replay into the PlayStation.

  Find the game you wish to use with the Action Replay in the menu that appears on the Action Replay's screen.

  Select you cheats you wish to use under the game menu.

  Select the "Save" button.

  Remove the code disc.

  Put your game into the PlayStation. The game will load up, and your cheats will be active.
