Instructions
Head south into the canyons on the Forgotten Continent. Turn west in the first part of the canyon. The sky will turn darker as you walk. Follow the spiraling path until you emerge at a new beach. Go west from here and enter the next canyon. Continue along the path to reach Oeilvert.
Speak with the Moogle outside Oeilvert to save your game and purchase new items. Enter through the large door when you're finished. Go north through the room inside and grab the Remedy from the chest beneath the stairs. Ascend the stairs, open the chest on the right for a Rising Sun and go through the door to the left.
Touch the orb, turning it from clear to red. Grab the Elixir from the chest and return to the first room. Head downstairs and go through the door on the left. Open the chest at the bottom for a Diamond Sword, then continue left for a cut-scene. When it's over, get the Shield Armor from the chest above the hologram.
Head down the southern stairs. Go to the right for a chest containing a Power Vest, then up the stairs to find Feather Boots. Activate the light on the floor at the far left, then continue clockwise around the room, activating the next three hologram projectors. Climb the stairs again and go out the left side.
Proceed across the archway to the left and you will reach another orb. Examine it for a cut-scene, then head right to the next screen and through the blue door.
Exit the room after the cut-scene, passing through the hologram area and into the main room. Go right and enter the doorway.
Speak with the Moogle, equip your strongest weapons and armor and save your game. Head to the right, grab the Gaia Gear from the chest and go through the next area. Watch the hologram then proceed through the next door. Step on the platform at the rear and ride down to the bottom of the area. Here you will find the Gulug Stone. Try to grab it and you will enter the boss fight with the Ark.
