Items
Enter "CMC BUFF" to unlock all of the "Spider-Man" comic books in the game. Type "TWNTYNDN" to unlock a futuristic Spider-Man costume and "PARALLEL" to get the Spider-Man Unlimited costume. Enter "BLKSPIDR" to get a new symbiote suit and "STRUDL" to get as much web as you want to shoot. Type "EEL NATS" to get every item in the game. Enter "MJS STUD" to get new clothes for Peter Parker when he is not dressed as Spider-Man.
Abilities
Type "DULUX" to get Big Head Mode so that all of the characters have bobble heads. Enter "RUSTCRST" to become invincible for a level and "XCLSIOR" to pick which level you play even if you have not yet reached it chronologically. Type "DCSTUR" to get a full health meter that never gets depleted. Enter "CVIEW EM" to use any character in the game even if you have not yet unlocked him. Enter "ALMSTPKR' to change costumes faster.
Boss Fights
The first boss is Scorpion, who is trying to attack a character named JJ. Use your web to hold up Scorpion and let JJ escape. Pick up furniture and toss it at Scorpion. Carefully time your jumps to avoid Scorpion's tail as he swings it at you and alternate throwing furniture and shooting webs. Venom attacks from the perimeters of the room he is in, so stay in the middle and shoot him with the web gloves you get right before the fight. Venom's most powerful attacks are done if he gets close, so try to stay away from him while shooting.
Buttons
Use "L1" to carefully aim your web shots rather than just firing in an enemy's general direction. The "R2" button is designed so you can swing between buildings with your web. After shooting a web at a villain, hit "Down" and "Triangle" in order to bring the enemy in toward you so you can hit him. Press "Right" and then "Triangle" to make a shield out of your webbing so you can't be damaged until it is destroyed. Your attacks still work with the shield in front of you.
