Dead or Alive Video Game Cheats

Extra Outfits

• Beating the "Dead or Alive" single-player Tournament mode unlocks extra outfits for the character you won with. A "Dead or Alive" character can have as many as 10 different unlockable outfits. Unlock them all by defeating the Tournament multiple times with that character. After all of the outfits have been unlock, change players and repeat the process.

Customized Camerawork

• Start a free match or the Tournament mode with any character. Defeat them in both rounds until the match is over. During the victory sequence for the character, press the "L" and "R" buttons to zoom in and out of the picture. Use the directional pad to change the camera angles.

Character Wallpapers

• Insert the "Dead or Alive" game disc into a PC's CD-ROM drive. Access the game disc's contents by accessing "My Computer" and entering its file folder (in the "D:" drive). The folder will display several bitmap files that can be used as computer wallpaper. Copy the images from the disc to the computer.

Play as Raidou and Ayane

• Raidou, the last boss in the game, can be unlocked for regular game play. Access the Tournament mode and defeat the game using the default settings for all characters. Ayane, another hidden character, can be unlocked after beating the game using Raidou with default settings and normal difficulty level.

Extra Gameplay Options

• "Dead or Alive" includes extra configuration options (such as changing the fighting order or changing size of Safety Zone) that are unlocked after playing the game for hours. The five extra options are time released after three, six, nine, 12 and 15 hours of combined gameplay, respectively. The new options are unlocked after completing a one-player stage. Upon returning to the title screen, you will receive a notification saying "Extra Config Open."

Unlock CG Images

• Unlock all of the extra outfits for each character by following the instructions from Section 1. Unlock all of the outfits for the hidden characters Ayane and Raidou as well. After unlocking all of the costumes, the game will present you with a CG graphic gallery featuring all of the characters.
