Dragon Ball GT Cheats for PS1

"Dragonball GT Final Bout" is a 3-D fighter game for the original Sony PlayStation (PS1). Most of the cheats for the game are a simple series of button combinations to acquire everything from alternate costumes to new characters. The majority of the cheats are as simple as repeating a button combination at the appropriate time.
  1. Bonus Characters

    • Six new characters are available for use if you press a particular combination when you are at the game's title screen. Press right, left, down, up, right, left, down and up followed by the "Start" button to access those characters.

After you use that cheat at the title screen, press the triangle button 10 times and then the square button nine times. If you do that correctly, you'll hear a confirmation sound and can play as Goku in Super Saiyan 4 mode.

    More Bonus Characters

    • Most of the additional bonus characters are simple to obtain. To play as Super Baby, press the "Select" button and the square button while choosing a fighter. To use Baby Vegeta, hold down the "Select" button, and then press the square button at the character selection menu; keep pressing until the match begins and you'll enter the fight as that character. For a challenge, pass the game 20 times on Hard, and you will be rewarded with the character Gogeta.

    Alternate Costumes

    • You also can switch what the game's characters wear. The cheat is to press the square, X and circle while selecting a character. This combination works only while playing in the training mode or the two-player battle.

    Wire Frame

    • If the usual graphics bore you, press "Select" when you pick your character. Instead of the usual character models, you will play the game without textures or shading. That gives the game a back-to-basics appearance.

    Sound Test

    • One combination allows you to circle through the game's songs and sounds. When you are at the game's title menu, select L1, L2, R1, R2 and then "Start." Pressing "Select" after you pick a song lets you receive information about the song that plays.
