Weapons
To get the green beam Hyperblaster weapon you must achieve a 10-star rating, the highest possible in the game. The chainsaw is found by beating the game and saving Cybil's life. After this, get a gas can from the gas station and head to the weapon store to claim the chainsaw. Get the rock drill from the Bridge Control game after beating all of "Silent Hill." The orange beam Hyperblaster is unlocked by getting an eight-star rating.
Keys
"Silent Hill" features a number of keys that help you gain access to new areas of the game. The Aratron, Bethor, Phaleg and Hagith keys are all found in the Nowhere level. The Scarecrow key is in the Ellroy Street alley. The key to the front door of the flea market is in the hospital. Go to the school courtyard to get the key that will allow you entrance into the school classroom.
Item Uses
When you find the magnet, use it to attract keys from different areas of the game. The picture card will get you into the room behind the school reception desk. Use the plastic bottle to keep any liquids you might find. The gas station receipt has a code on it you need to get into the store itself. The small sports ball can be used to plug leaks. The steel pipe is used best as a weapon against zombies.
Refills
When ammunition and health levels run low, it is important to know where to find refills to keep your character going. First aid kits are located in the Levin Street house, on the second floor of the school library and in the reception room of the hospital. You can find bullets near the police car on Finney Street, behind the school reception desk and in the school's science laboratory. Health drinks are in Harry's car and at the gas station.
