How to Play European Games on My PSX 1- USTC

The PSX 1- USTC, a PlayStation emulator, allows you to play a variety of PlayStation games on your Windows or Linux computer. The PlayStation emulator plays PlayStation 1 and 3 games as well as downloaded games. Like the PlayStation 3, the PSX can play most European games, as well as Japanese games. However, many European and Japanese games do not have an English translation so you may get confused when playing a game in another language.

Instructions

  Navigate to a PSX emulator website (see Resources). Double-click on the "Download" button to download the program. Follow the installation instructions to install the program.

  Double-click on the PSX program icon to start the emulator.

  Download a European game from the PSX emulator website. Click on the page of the European game and click the "Download" button beneath the game.

  Navigate to the PSX emulator. Click "File" and scroll to "Open." Browse through the files until you locate the European game. Press "OK." This will launch the game.

  Play a European game. Open the disc tray and insert the CD. Close the disc tray. Right-click on the icon of the disc and click on "Open With." Click on "PSX."
