How to Find Full Cure in FF7

Materia Background

• The in-game planet Gaia's spirit exists as a stream of energy known as the Lifestream. When the stream surfaces above ground in a liquid form, it is known as Mako. All Materia come from Mako.

Materia Types

• Materia crystals occur in several colors and types in FF7, including red Summon Materia, yellow Command Materia, purple Independent Materia, green Spell Materia and blue Support Materia. Full Cure Materia is a green-colored Spell Materia that restores a character's HP.

Full Cure Location

• Full Cure Materia is located in the Item Shop in Cosmo Canyon---Red XIII's home where the characters first meet Professor Bugenhagen. Full Cure is in a roped-off area of the shop inaccessible to the characters until after the addition of Cid's Highwind airship to game play on Disc 2.

Acquiring Full Cure Materia

• Land the Highwind on a green patch of land near the canyon, enter Cosmo Canyon and go to the ladder on the far right of the cliff outcropping. Climb the ladder, enter the Item Shop, walk around the end of the counter and enter the un-roped-off doorway. Go up the staircase behind the main room, enter the next room and pick up the Full Cure Materia that rests on the white cloth.

• Full Cure must be leveled up before use. A character uses 99 MP to cast Full Cure.
