Infinite Bombs

• Crash can use many weapons while racing to fend off his foes. One of his most powerful weapons is the bomb. However, bombs can be hard to find and they tend to run out easily in the heat of the battle. Luckily, there is a cheat that can unlock infinite bombs. After you turn the game on, hold L1 and R1 and make sure you don't start the game. While holding those two buttons press triangle, right, down, right, up, triangle and left. A sound should signal you entered the cheat correctly. Go ahead and start the game. Once you start playing, you will have an infinite amount of bombs. If the code doesn't work, you will need to restart the game in order to re-enter the code.

Unlock Turbo Track

• There are many tracks available at the start of the game. However, one track that isn't is the "Turbo Track." This track focuses on high speed and features many turbo boosts and straightaways. It's one of the most enjoyable tracks in the game. Unlocking it is as simple as entering a code. When you are at the main menu, hold L1 and R1. You should then press right, right, left, triangle, right, down and then down. A sound will indicate you have entered the code correctly. Turbo Track will be available in time trial as well as arcade mode. Save your game after you unlock the track in order to avoid having to unlock the track every time you want to play it.

"Spyro 2" Demo

• Another popular PlayStation game was "Spyro the Dragon." In this game, you played Spyro, a young dragon who was trying to save his land from the Gnasty Gnoc. Featuring expansive levels, many collectible items and an alternate ending, it spawned a game series that continued with "Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage!" A free demo was added to "Crash Team Racing" as a secret. Turn the game on and hold L1 and R1 at the main menu. Press down, circle, triangle and right. A tone will sound and the option to play "Spyro 2" will be added to your game menu. You can play through a level before the game ends. Save your game to avoid unlocking it every time you want to play.
