How to Get the Apple Core Theme on PSP

Sony's PlayStation Portable (PSP) gives you a unique gaming, multimedia and Internet experience. You can personalize the home menu screen on the console. The PSP is user-friendly and flexible, so accomplishing this isn't difficult. You can manually change the background color, use your favorite photo, and even change the entire look, including icons and background, with an existing theme such as the Apple Core.

Computer with Internet access

USB Cable
Apple Core theme

Instructions

  Visit a website (see Resources) and download the Apple Core theme for your PSP. Save the file to your desktop.

  Switch your PSP console on. Connect a USB cable to the console and connect it to any of your computer's available USB ports.

  Navigate to "USB Connection" on your PSP's home menu screen and press the "X" button on the console for your PC to recognize the PSP device.

  Copy the downloaded Apple theme file from the desktop of your computer and navigate to the PSP memory card folder. Open the "PSP" folder, and then select "Theme" to open that folder. Paste the downloaded Apple theme in that folder and press the "O" button on your PSP device to safely eject it from the computer.

  Navigate to "Settings" on your PSP from the home menu screen. Scroll down to "Theme Settings" and press the "X" button. Press "X" again on "Theme" to select and use the Apple Core theme on your PSP.
