How to Make PSP Flash Games Faster on Yahoo

When using the Sony PlayStation Portable (PSP) you can surf the Internet with the built in web browser. It is even possible to play flash games over the Yahoo search engine (Yahoo has a wide range of online games you play directly through the site). If, however, the game is performing slowly, you need to perform a few different tasks to speed up the gaming process.

  Close out all other applications when using the Internet browser. Playing other games or listening to music in the background slows down the device's processor, reducing the actual gameplay of your online Java game.

  Move to a stronger Wi-Fi signal. The stronger your wireless Internet connection the more likely you are to receiver faster gameplay. When in a weak signal the Yahoo browser is unable to render the flash games at a suitable pace.

  Clear out the Internet browser cookies from the search engine. When the Internet cookies begin to pile up it slows down Internet performance. Open the "Options" menu on the Yahoo browser while using the PSP and choose "Cookies," then "Delete."
