Things You'll Need
Instructions
Insert a Memory Stick Pro Duo into your PSP. Make sure the memory stick has enough free space to store video files.
Connect the PSP to a PC using a USB cable.
Go to the PSP Home screen. From the Home screen you can access various features of the PSP by using the cross-media bar (XMB). Highlight the "Settings" icon on the far left side of the XMB and select "USB Connection" from the list of options. This will allow the PSP to interface with the PC.
Click the "Start" icon on the PC's desktop and select "Computer" to view the different drives on the PC. The PSP should register as either a memory stick or removable drive. Double click the PSP drive to view the different folders on the PSP.
Open the folder labeled "PSP" and create a sub folder by right clicking anywhere in the window and selecting "New Folder" from the drop down menu. Label the folder "Videos" and then open the folder.
Open your "My Documents" folder in a separate window and locate your video files.
Drag and drop the video files from your "My Documents" folder and place them in the "Videos" folder you created on the PSP. After the files finish transferring, you can close the folders and disconnect the USB cable. The video files will now be stored on your PSP and you can watch them by selecting the "Video" option on the PSP's XMB.
