How to Get a Sony PSP to Play AVI Files

In addition to its gaming capabilities, the PlayStation Portable (PSP) can also play AVI files. Because the PSP has very little internal storage, you will need to use a Memory Stick if you intend on adding any more than one or two videos to the PSP. Once you've added the AVI file to the PSP, you can play the AVI file directly from the XMB (PSP main menu).
