How to Enable Flash Player on a PSP Without an Internet Connection

The Sony PlayStation Portable (PSP) is a portable gaming device capable of accessing the Internet and acting as a portable media device. If you do not have a Wifi connection, you are missing out on various updates accessible from your PSP itself. One of these updates gives you a plugin to let you play flash videos. Luckily, you can update your PSP through another method.
