How to Get An Oceanic on GTA: Vice City Stories

You can steal anything from regular consumer vehicles to tanks in the PSP game "Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories," including a four-door Oceanic. While it is possible to find an Oceanic on the streets of Vice City, there is one location where you can always find an Oceanic parked. Any time you need to steal a car, this location will always have an Oceanic waiting for you.

     Drive to the Fidl grocery store located in Washington Beach.

     Travel east from the store until you reach a large blue building. There will be an Oceanic parked outside of it.

   • 3

     Press the "Triangle" button on your PSP while standing next to the driver side door to steal the Oceanic.
