My Pandora Battery Won't Charge

The Pandora battery is a tool used to install custom firmware on the Sony PlayStation Portable (PSP). Once inserted into the PSP, the Pandora battery places the PSP into service mode. This is where the new software can be flashed onto the PSP. The Pandora battery needs to be charged like any other battery, but it does not charge like a normal PSP battery.
