How to Get Music on Your PSP for Free

Since its 2005 release, Sony has made it easy for PlayStation Portable users to put music on the handheld gaming device for no cost at all. If you have a collection of music to put onto your PlayStation Portable handheld gaming device, all you need is the USB connector that came in the box with it when you purchased it.

     Plug your PSP into the computer with its USB cord.

     Click "Show Files" when the prompt appears on your computer.

     Open the folder that contains your songs.

   • 4

     Click each song and drag them into the window that opened when you chose to show the PSP files. This copies the songs onto your PSP.
