How to Fix Your PSP Charger Plug-In

The Sony PSP game system relies on the official PSP charger to charge the console enough for play at home or on the go. If the PSP charger isn't working and the system has run out of battery life, the PSP is rendered useless. Fixing the charger for the PSP can be done quickly and easily following the below instructions.

PSP
Official Sony PSP charger
Phillips screwdriver

Instructions

  Remove the 2 small screws on the corners of the PSP charger.

  Slide off the casing, checking that none of the wires in the charger is split. If any wires are split you need to buy a new charger for your PSP, as this can't be fixed.

  If the wires aren't split, apply slight pressure to press them into the soldering until they stay.

  Reattach the casing. You should now have a fully working PSP charger.

  If you have any more problems, then you need to look at buying a replacement charger for your PSP.
