However, if your PSP is running the official Sony firmware, Sony has provided a way to download and play your favorite PlayStation games.

      Navigate to the "PlayStation Store" icon on your PSP. This icon is under the "PlayStation Network" set of icons. Press "X" to enter the PlayStation Store.

      Select "PS One Classics" from the menu to the left. Press "X" to continue.

      Select the PlayStation One classic you wish to purchase from the list provided. Prices range from $5.99 to $9.99 depending on the title. Press "X" on the title you want to purchase.

      Select "Buy Now" from the menu on the left. Enter your information, including your name, address, and credit card information. Save the game to your memory stick.

      Locate your game. They are generally found under "Games" in the "Memory Stick" icon.
