Insert a Memory Stick Pro Duo into your PSP console. The memory stick should have at least 3MB of free space. The PSP Go does not need a memory stick inserted. Remove any UMD discs from the PSP.
Plug the mini end of a USB connector cable in the top of your PSP. Connect the standard end of the cable into a USB port on your computer. Power on your PSP.
Place the Action Replay PSP CD into your computer. Click ̶0;Setup̶1; from the folder that appears on your desktop.
Select the language you want to use when installing the software.
Scroll to the left side of your PSP cross media bar and highlight ̶0;Settings.̶1; Scroll down to ̶0;USB Connection̶1; and press ̶0;X.̶1;
Confirm the PSP is connected to the computer by clicking ̶0;Next̶1; on the Action Replay PSP setup screen found on your computer. The software will install on your PSP.
Press ̶0;Circle̶1; on your PSP to exit the USB connection. Scroll to ̶0;Game̶1; and then down to ̶0;Memory Stick̶1; on the PSP or ̶0;System Memory̶1; and press ̶0;X.̶1; Select ̶0;Action Replay̶1; and press ̶0;X.̶1; The software will begin running a test on your PSP. Wait for the test to complete.
Press ̶0;Home̶1; on your PSP and select ̶0;Exit̶1; to return to your PSP cross media bar.
Scroll to ̶0;Settings̶1; and then down to ̶0;USB Connection̶1; and press ̶0;X̶1; to reconnect your PSP to your computer.
Enter your Action Replay license key into the text box provided on the setup screen displayed on your computer. Click ̶0;Next.̶1;
Wait for the Action Replay software to be validated and activated on your PSP. Press ̶0;Circle̶1; when it finishes, to complete the setup process and end the USB connection.
