How to Load UMD to a Memory Stick

UMD is Sony's proprietary Universal Media Disc, made specifically for playing games and videos on the Sony Play Station Portable (PSP). However, users complain that the UMD is both slow and noisy, whereas playing a game from a memory stick speeds up the game considerably. The memory stick can also be used to back up games and videos and protect them from being scratched. You can't play games directly from a memory stick, however, without installing custom firmware (CFW) on your PSP, which will void your warranty.
