How to Get a PSP to Read a USB Flash Drive Instead of the Memory Card

The Playstation Portable (PSP) does not come equipped with an internal hard drive. Instead, the proprietary solid-state Sony Memory Stick is used to store games and other data for the PSP. A less expensive, higher capacity USB flash drive can be used to store data for the PSP, in lieu of a Memory Stick. This requires a USB-to-Memory Stick adapter, similar to that used on a computer and purchased from a computer store.
