Things You'll Need
Instructions
Turn the PSP off and remove the battery from the rear of the device. Remove the seven visible screws on the rear and bottom edge of the PSP with the Phillips screwdriver.
Gently remove the PSP faceplate. Insert your flathead tool in between the screen and screen bracket. Twist slightly to pop the screen out of the bracket. Fold the screen down 90 degrees to reveal two cables.
Pop the cable clasps up and gently pull the two cables out. Remove the PSP screen and place it to the side. Place your new screen into the PSP at the same 90-degree angle.
Insert the screen cables into the PSP cable clasps and fold the screen back into the PSP, snapping it into the screen bracket. Place the faceplate back onto the PSP and tighten the seven screws. Turn your PSP on and your screen now works.
