Click the "Download Rockstar Custom Tracks" option by following the link from the References section below.
Select the "Save" option when prompted, and open the installation software once the download is complete. Use the on-screen prompts to properly install the Rockstar Custom Tracks application onto your computer.
Place your music CD into the CD drive of your computer.
Click "Copy Tracks" in the Rockstar Custom Tracks application; then choose a save location from under the "Save" menu.
Insert the Memory Stick Duo into the memory card slot on the PSP.
Connect the PSP-USB cable to the USB port on your computer and the PSP itself.
Select "USB Connection" from the main menu of the PSP using the directional pad. This option is located under the "Settings" category.
Open "My Computer" from your computer&'s desktop and double-click "Removable Drive." Open the "Custom Tracks" folder from within the "MUSIC" folder.
Launch the saved folder containing the recently ripped CD tracks on the computer.
Click, drag then drop the music files into the open "Custom Tracks" folder. The music files will transfer immediately. Once the files are saved directly to the memory card, safely disconnect the USB-PSP cable from the computer and PSP. When playing Grand Theft Auto, one of the radio stations inside the vehicles will shuffle through your custom songs.
