Fully charge both your existing battery as well as your Pandora battery.
Download the Pandora easy installer created by developer Xi-Bit from the website in Resources.
Create a new folder on your desktop and extract the downloaded file contents into the folder.
Place the standard battery in the PSP and connect the PSP to your computer using a USB cable placing it in "USB mode."
Open the folder you created on your desktop and run the START.exe file.
Remove and replace the memory card as instructed until the application indicates that it is complete.
Disconnect your PSP and turn it off.
Remove the standard battery and hold the "L" button down as you insert the Pandora battery.
Press the "X" button to install the firmware. When this step is done, the PSP will shut off.
