How to Access a PSP Memory Card

The Sony PlayStation Portable (PSP) uses the Memory Stick Pro Duo as its means of internal memory. You can save games, movies, music and normal computer files directly to the PSP memory stick. Accessing the PSP memory stick from your computer is simple with the use of the USB interface.

      Turn on the Sony PSP and use the USB cable that connects your PSP to your computer.

      Connect the PSP to your computer and select "USB Connection" from the PSP main menu. This will place the PSP in USB mode and you will be able to see the files on your PSP memory stick from your computer.

      Click "View files/folders" from the window that appears. Your PSP memory stick files will be displayed. Press the "O" button on the PSP to disconnect it from your computer when you are finished accessing the PSP memory stick.
