Insert the PSP memory card into the memory card slot on the lower left edge of the PSP. Push the Network switch on the lower bottom edge of the PSP up.
Turn on the PSP. Navigate to the "Network" icon. Select the "www Internet Browser" icon under "Network." Hit the "Select" button on the PSP to go to the onscreen keyboard.
Enter "pspube.com" on the onscreen keyboard. Press the "Start" key on the onscreen keyboard. Wait as the PSP connects to the website and displays a block of white text on a black background.
Scroll down the screen until you come to the "Click Here" button. Click the button.
Click the "Continue" button on the lower right corner of the screen when the screen appears with the icon of a bee in the upper left corner.
Select "YouTube Only" from the drop-down menu next to the "Video Source" tab in the window that appears.
Type in the kind of YouTube video you would like to download in the text field next to the "Advanced Search" tab. Click the "Search" button to the right of the text field.
Select a YouTube video from the list of choices presented in a new screen. Press the "X" button on the PSP.
Click on the "Select low resolution YouTube file" text in the new window that appears. Click on the "Yes" button in the new window that appears.
Click on the "Video 3GP" text at the top of the window. Erase "Video.3GP in the onscreen keyboard that appears. Enter Video.mp4" instead. Click on "Start" to return to the window.
Click on the "Destination" text column in the middle of the window. Select "Video.mp4" from the drop-down menu. Click the "Save" button.
Press "O" on the PSP when text appears on the screen confirming that the YouTube video has been saved to the PSP memory card. Navigate back to the Home menu.
Go to the "Video" icon. Select the icon of the PSP memory card that is below "Video."
Select the YouTube video from the list of choices presented to the right of the icon of the PSP memory card. Press the "X" button on the PSP to watch the YouTube video.
