Download DOSBox Easy Navigator. Unzip the file to your desktop.
Place PC games that you wish to play on your PSP into the "Games" directory of the "DOSBox" folder. Old PC games can be downloaded from "abandonware" sites. DOS games also can be purchased from thrift stores, gaming store bargain bins or websites such as eBay.
Connect your PSP to the USB port of your computer. Turn on the system and navigate to the "System" tab of the main menu. Select "USB Connection."
Use "Windows Explorer" or "Finder" to navigate to the root directory of your PSP. This will show up alongside your computer's hard drives and external drives as "PSP" or "Memory Stick."
Place all files from the unzipped DOSBox folder into the root directory of your PSP. Eject and remove your PSP.
Turn on the PSP and select "DOSBox" from the "Game" tab of the menu. Navigate the "Games" folder using the "L," "R" and "X" buttons of the console, then launch the game you wish to play by selecting it with the directional pad and pressing "X."
