Put a sheet of newspaper on a table. Put a playing card on the newspaper (either side up) with the short end facing you. Tape the top and bottom of the playing card to the newspaper with cellophane tape.
Measure 1 1/2-inches from the left side of the playing card. Cut a vertical line in the playing card at the 1 1/2-inch mark with the utility knife.
Measure a half inch across from the top left end of the playing card. Cut from the half inch mark down and toward the left side of the card with the utility knife to create an angled edge.
Measure a half inch from the right side of the playing card. Cut a vertical line in the playing card at the 1/2-inch mark with the utility knife down the length of the card.
Measure one inch down from the top right side of the playing card. Measure a half inch across from the right side of the playing card.
Cut a vertical line, starting at the half inch mark down the length of the playing card with the utility knife.
Measure a 3/4 inch across from the top right end of the playing card. Cut a 1/4-inch slot in the playing card at the 3/4-inch mark.
Measure a half inch across from the top right end of the playing card. Cut from the half inch mark down and toward the right side of the card with the utility knife to create an angled edge.
Remove the cellophane tape from the top and bottom of the playing card template you have made.
Put the playing card template onto another playing card so that they both line up. Cut around the playing card template with the utility knife. so that the playing card beneath it is cut also.
Cut through the slot in the top right side of the template to cut out a slot in the playing card beneath it.
Tape the two playing cards together on the sides with cellophane tape.
Turn on the PS2 Slim Silver. Eject the disc tray. Insert the Slide card into the bottom right edge beneath the disc tray. Push the Slide tray all the way into the PS2 Slim Silver to disengage the motor beneath the disc tray so that the disc tray can be easily opened and closed by hand.
