How to Fix the Right Shoulder Button on a PSP

The Playstation Portable (PSP) has two front-positioned shoulder buttons, also called "triggers," that add to the enjoyment of playing games. Dirt and debris can get into the seam between the right trigger and the PSP's casing, causing the trigger to stick when depressed. Fixing the right trigger only requires cleaning off the dirt from around the trigger. You can fix the right trigger yourself, although opening the PSP's case will void the Sony warranty. No electronics skill is needed and the cost and time saved will make fixing the right trigger yourself worth it.
