How to Game Share Using One UMD Game on a PSP

Game Sharing for the Sony PlayStation Portable allows you to connect with another PSP system and share game content from a single UMD disc. This allows you to play multiplayer games with your friends without purchasing multiple copies of a game. You will need to set up all of the PSPs you wish to share in ad hoc mode.

Instructions

      Turn on your PSP and select ̶0;Network Settings̶1; from the ̶0;Settings̶1; tab.

      Select ̶0;Ad Hoc Mode̶1; to set up a connection with another PSP.

      Select the channel for the PSP to share its connection. It is recommended that you select ̶0;Automatic,̶1; which will automatically select the optimum channel to share a connection. If you want to select a specific channel, you can choose from ̶0;Ch.1,̶1; ̶0;Ch. 6̶1; or ̶0;Ch. 11.̶1;

      Select ̶0;Save̶1; to save your settings.

      Load the game you want to share.

      Navigate to the game's multiplayer menu and set up an ad hoc game. All users connected via ad hoc will be able to connect to the game and play.
