How to Install a PSP Update From My PC

You can use Wi-Fi to download PSP system software update directly to your PSP, but if there is no wireless connection readily available, you can download the update file to your PC using a wired connection and use a USB cable to transfer it to your PSP. The PlayStation support website is constantly updated with the latest software downloads so you can be sure you've always got the most recent firmware for your PSP. Downloading and installing the updates using this method is easy and takes less than 20 minutes.
