Instructions
Insert a memory card into the PSP's memory slot. Turn on the PSP.
Navigate from the Home menu to the "Settings" menu. Select "USB Connection" from beneath the "Settings" menu.
Attach the PSP connector of the PSP to USB cable to the PSP's connection port. Attach the other end of the PSP to USB cable to a USB port on the PC.
Press the "X" button on the PSP. Wait for the icon of the memory card to appear on the PC's desktop.
Download a PSP FLV player program to the PC's desktop, for example, the PSP Flash Player program (see the link in Resources). Double-click on the icon of the PSP FLV Player program once it has downloaded to decompress it to two folders on the desktop.
Double-click on the icon of the memory card that is on the desktop to open its window. Double-click on the "PSP" folder inside of the window to open a new window.
Drag the two folders that were made by decompressing the PSP FLV Player program into the "GAME" folder that is inside of the memory card window. Wait for the two folders to copy over.
Drag FLV video files from the PC's hard drive into the PSP's memory card's "GAME" folder. Wait for the FLV video files to copy over.
Right-click on the icon of the memory card. Select "Eject" from the pop-up menu. Remove the PSP to USB cable from the PSP and from the USB port of the PC.
Navigate back to the Home menu on the PSP. Go to the "Game" menu. Select "Memory Stick" from beneath "Game."
Highlight the "PSP FLV Player" icon that appears to the right of "Game." Press the "X" button.
Select a FLV video file from the choices presented. Press the "X" button to watch the FLV video on the PSP.
