How to Put Flash Games on a PSP Without the Internet

Since the release of PSP firmware 2.7, gamers have been able to use their portable consoles to play Flash games that they access over the PSP's browser. These games can be played through the browser or downloaded to the PSP for later access. Gamers who do not have access to the Internet with their PSP can still download the firmware and Flash games using their computer and a USB connector cable. Gamers first need to download and install the latest firmware and then they can access the Flash games.
