Instructions
Connect the PSP to the computer using the USB cable. The small end of the USB cable goes into the PSP's USB port while the large end goes into the computer's USB port.
Inset the memory stick into the PSP and power on the device if you have not done so already.
Scroll down to "USB Connections" on your PSP and press "X."
Access the PSP's main folder using your computer. You can access it by selecting "Start," then "Computer," then clicking the PSP's folder, which will be labeled under the "Drives With Removable Storage" category.
Create a folder in the PSP's folder and name it "MP_ROOT." You can create a new folder by right-clicking the screen and selecting "New Folder."
Enter the "MP_ROOT" folder and create another folder called "100MNV01."
Copy (or cut) and paste any MP4 video files into the "100MNV01" folder. Upon disconnecting your PSP from your computer you should be able to access your videos on the device.
