Instructions
Turn on your Sony PSP and wait for it to boot into the PSP menu. Connect your USB cable to the PSP and then to the computer. Your PSP will go into USB mode, and a window will appear on the computer, showing you the files on the PSP memory stick.
Go to the "PSP" folder on the PSP memory stick and open it to show the game folders inside. Locate the "GAME" folder. This is where you will store your emulators.
Open an Internet browser window and download one of the emulators from the resource section of this guide. Right-click the file after you downloaded it and click "Copy." Go back into the "GAME" folder and right-click it. Click "Paste" and your emulator will be transferred to the PSP memory stick.
Press the "O" button on the PSP to safely disconnect the PSP from the computer when the transfer is complete. Go into the PSP game menu and select your emulator from the list of games.
