How Can You Update Your Flash Player on PSP?

The Sony PSP is a portable video game device from Sony that can do more than just play games. The flash player has been integrated into the PSP system firmware. Once you have the flash player installed, you will be able to play flash video from the Internet and from your memory stick in the "Flash" folder. Updating the flash player is as easy as updating the PSP system firmware.

  Turn on your Sony PSP and wait for the device to boot up into the PSP menu. The PSP menu is called the XMB.

  Navigate to "Network Settings" and select "Infrastructure Mode" from the options. Select "New Connection" and "Scan." Select your home network from the list that appears. Enter in a password if you need one to connect.

  Go back to the main PSP XMB and select "System Update." Select "Update Via the Internet" and the update will begin downloading through your PSP network connection.

  Press the "X" button to install the system update and your flash player will be updated to the most up-to-date version for the PSP.
