How to Set Up a PSP to a TV

The Sony PlayStation Portable (PSP) is equipped with an "AV Out" jack for connecting external devices, such as a television. The cable for this hookup has a 3.5 mm mini-plug on one end, terminating in standard RCA-type plugs on the other. Once it is connected, change the display output from the PSP to the external device for game playing on a large screen. Adjust the volume with the TV remote control using the television's built-in speakers. The setup takes less than five minutes.
