This spelling game, developed by Crave, is designed to develop and hone language skills. Rated E for everyone, the game is suitable for children of all ages. This game is actually a series of 11 mini-word games contained in a television game show format, with host Mr. Niceguy. As players progress, the vocabulary becomes more advanced. During game play, the player will have the opportunity to spell words from a bank of 25,000 over 100 progressive levels of difficulty.

Achieve is an instructional aid designed to work with curricula used in classrooms from kindergarten to seventh grade. There are a total of 28 language and 29 math games contained in this first educational game that was designed for use on the PSP in the United States. Because this gaming package meets state and national standards for educational appropriateness, it will reinforce lessons your child is learning in school.
Hot Brain
This game by Midway is another that is actually a package of mini-games designed to stimulate the mind. These games require the player to solve visual puzzles, answer math problems and combine wordplay with pictograms. There are two single-player modes and two multi-player modes. In one single-player mode, the player is given the opportunity to practice each game in three different levels of difficulty. In the other mode, called "test mode," the player is given five games at random and one overall score for her cumulative performance. The multi-player modes allow up to four players to play either cooperatively or competitively. Hot Brain is also rated E for Everyone.
