This game is actually a series of 11 mini-word games contained in a television game show format, with host Mr. Niceguy. As players progress, the vocabulary becomes more advanced. During game play, the player will have the opportunity to spell words from a bank of 25,000 over 100 progressive levels of difficulty.

This game by Midway is another that is actually a package of mini-games designed to stimulate the mind. These games require the player to solve visual puzzles, answer math problems and combine wordplay with pictograms. There are two single-player modes and two multi-player modes. In one single-player mode, the player is given the opportunity to practice each game in three different levels of difficulty. In the other mode, called "test mode," the player is given five games at random and one overall score for her cumulative performance. The multi-player modes allow up to four players to play either cooperatively or competitively. Hot Brain is also rated E for Everyone.
