How to Activate the Spud of War Costume in God of War: Chains of Olympus

"God of War: Chains of Olympus" is an action-adventure game for the portable Sony console, the PSP, released in 2008. It is the third installment of the God of War series and is the first chronologically (it is the prequel to the first God of War title). The game features three unlockable costumes that can be selected when starting a new game. Of these costumes, the Spud of War is a potato outfit worn by the game's main character, Kratos. The outfit has parts of it peeled away to represent Kratos's tattoos, and replaces his swords with potato peelers.

     Unlock the Spud of War costume by beating "God of War: Chains of Olympus" on any difficulty. The default description of the costume, "this costume has a peel," will be replaced by the text "Kratos in a potato = the Spud of War" when unlocked.

     Start a new game by selecting "New Game" from the menu when the game loads.

     Choose the Spud of War costume from the costume menu when prompted. You cannot change into the Spud of War costume after the game has already begun, so you must choose it when creating a new game.
