How to Reformat the Memory Stick for a PSP

The Sony PSP handheld console can use two types of memory sticks: the Memory Stick Duo and the Memory Stick PRO Duo. Formatting the memory stick deletes all data currently on the memory stick and replaces them with the PSP system folders. These folders store any data that you add to your PSP, such as game save files, music, videos, Internet browser history and RSS feed information.
