Santa Claus
There are many characters you can play through in this game. Perhaps the most surprising is Santa Claus. To unlock the Santa Claus character, go to the Mos Eisley Cantina and enter these two codes, CL4U5H and TYH319. This will unlock Santa's hat, red clothes and a white beard. Now enter the Character Creation mode, and put the red Santa suit on your Lego character. Make sure to use a human head as well. Put the red cap on his head and add the beard. Give him a red or green light saber to complete his festive look. Go to the Extras menu and activate disguise 3. You can use this character in Free Play.
Unlockable Characters
Some of the most famous characters from the Star Wars world aren't playable at the beginning of the game. You have to unlock them by clearing stage after stage. This can be a time-consuming process. Knowing how to unlock your favorite characters can save you some time and make the game more enjoyable. Darth Vader is unlocked by finishing chapter 5 in episode VI. Ben Kenobi can be unlocked by clearing chapter 6, episode VI and going to the Mos Eisley cantina and buying him for 1,100,000 studs. Clear chapter 5 episode VI and go to the Mos Eisley cantina with 275,000 studs to buy the Emperor. Boba Fett can be bought for 175,000 studs by clearing chapter 2 in episode VI. Bounty hunter IG-88 is purchased for 100,000 studs after clearing chapter 6 of episode VI and entering the code NXL973.
Bomber R2D2 or C3PO
R2D2 and C3PO are important characters in the movies and in the games. They have the ability to operate machinery and computers and are vital to your missions. However, they don't have the best attack range or methods and are weak when it comes to combat. Luckily, there is a way to make these characters more useful in battle. Buy the self-destruct extra from any store in the game and switch to one of the robots. Make sure you're not near a computer terminal as it will activate this control. When you are surrounded by enemies press "X." This will blow up your robot and kill enemies near you. This method won't lose any studs, which makes it a powerful weapon.
Easter Eggs
Easter eggs are fun, hidden moments in games that don't offer a lot of tactical advantage but are simply fun to perform. Slave Princess Leia will dance if you press the "B" button. Pressing the "Attack" button will cause Lando to kiss Leia's hand. You must be in control of him and must be touching her character directly. Controlling princess Leia and hitting attack while touching Han Solo will cause you to slap him. These Easter eggs can keep you amused while you're trying to figure out a tough puzzle.
