How to Use Sony PSP Theme Creator

PSP owners can download themes that will change the look of their console's cross media bar, which is the menu from where media and games are launched. These themes are offered through the PlayStation Network, but Sony has also released a software tool that allows anyone to create their own custom themes for the PSP. Each theme is created using several different images that act as icons on the cross media bar while the background itself is also its own custom image.
