Instructions

Download and rename the 1.5 EBOOT file to UPDATE.PBP. Format your PSP memory stick with the PSP's format function located in the PSP settings. Connect your PSP to the computer with a USB cable. See Resources for EBOOT file.

    • 2

Extract the downloaded Pandora Installer and copy/paste the \"pan3xx\" folder to your PSP memoery stick at Z:\\PSP\\GAME. Move the UPDATE.PBP that you renamed to the root of the memory stick, which will be Z:\\. See Resources for Pandora Installer.

Disconnect your PSP from the computer, and navigate to the Pandora Installer in the PSP Game menu and select it. You will be presented with a screen of text. Simultaneously press the \"R+X\" buttons to move to the next screen. Now press \"L+R+X\" to repartition the memory stick. Once your PSP reboots and returns to the home menu, plug it back into your computer.

Create a folder inside the PSP memory stick named \"PSP\". Inside of that folder, create another folder named \"GAME\". Copy/paste the original \"pan3xx\" folder into the \"GAME\" folder and move the UPDATE.PBP back to the root of the memory stick. When you repartitioned the memory stick all of the data was erased, so that is why this needs to be done again.

Disconnect the PSP from the computer. Select the the Pandora Installer again and this time press the \"X\" button to install firmware onto the memory stick. Press \"L+X\" to install MSIPL.BIN to the memory stick when prompted. You will be brought back to the PSP menu when it is finished.

The process is now complete. Remove your magic memory stick and pandora battery, and insert your regular ones.
