Save online images to your computer's desktop. To do this, simply right-click your mouse, scroll through the list of options that appears, and click "Save As." Select "Desktop" and click "Save."
Connect one end on the USB cord to the top of the PSP and connect the opposite end of the cord into the USB port on your computer. Turn your PSP on and click the left arrow key until the "Settings" icon is highlighted and click "X."
Scroll through the list of settings options and select "USB Connection." A moving blue line will appear on your PSP telling you that it is loading. After about one minute, a window will appear on your computer's desktop. Scroll down to the last option in the window and double-click the "View All Files and Folders" option.
Double-click the "PSP" folder. A list of additional folders will appear in the window, double click the folder the says "PHOTO." Click and hold the left mouse button on the image file from your computer's desktop. Drag the image icon into the "PHOTO" folder and let go of the left mouse button. Close all on the windows that are open by clicking the small "X" in the top left corner.
Safely remove the PSP device from your computer by right-clicking the green arrow icon in your desktop's icon tray. This is located at the bottom right corner of your desktop. Click "Close" from the menu that appears over the green arrow icon. Disconnect the USB cord from the computer when a message appears on your computer screen that prompts you to do so. You will now be able to access the image through the photo album on your PSP.
